Crisis accommodation
Chi Winder offers 18 self-contained rooms for people who are at risk of or have recently been rough sleeping.
What we offer
- Person centred support with finding alternative accommodation
- Fully equipped communal kitchen with free tea and coffee making facilities
- Basic ingredients for meals
- Clothes washing facilities
- Free telephone & computers for things like looking for housing and jobs
- Outdoor space, kennels and smoking area
- TVÂ room and quiet room
- Specialist onsite services from other organisations including Health for Homeless and We Are With You
Supported move-on accommodation
Our supported accommodation offers:
- Six month license agreement - which can be extended if necessary
- Furnished shared houses - you have your own bedroom but share a bathroom, kitchen and living area
- Named support worker who develops a personalised support plan with you
- Up to three months of support once you've moved to your settled home.
What we expect from you
To get the most from your stay you are expected to
- Keep to the terms of your licence agreement
- Pay any service charges that are not covered by benefits
- Engage with our support workers
- Work to meet the actions in your personalised support plan

Temporary housing for families
We own and manage 11 self-contained flats in Redruth, offering temporary accommodation with support for families experiencing homelessness.
All families are referred to us by Cornwall Council as part of their journey into more permanent housing.
