We are looking for a Roofing Operative to join our Responsive and Minor Planned works team to deliver high quality roofing inspections and repairs across our housing properties.

You will have roofing experience, basic education, a trade qualification and a CSCS Care or will be required to obtain once in role if not already held. An advantage would be experience of working in social housing, health and Safety training and be IT literate.

This role requires a full driving licence and is subject to a basic DBS check.

You will have general labouring/building and social housing experience with a good understanding of site health and safety requirements. Also, experience in operating various types of plant and equipment associated with work related duties and working with building supplies.

You will be required to obtain a CSCS card once in the role if you don't already hold one and is subject to a satisfactory basic DBS check.

Are you handy with a paintbrush and passionate about making spaces look their best? We’re looking for a Painting and Repairs Operative to join our friendly Coastline Services team!

In this role, you’ll carry out a variety of refurbishment and maintenance tasks—from painting and decorating to general repairs—across Coastline properties throughout beautiful Cornwall. We are looking for someone who currently has good general knowledge of building, use of trade equipment and experience of working from height.

They should be confident and experienced in working with the public, in a team, and can take initiative working by themselves. Working to specified timeframes, and to a consistently high standard is key to this role.

Previous painting experience is a plus, but don’t worry if you’re new—we’re happy to provide full training to the right person!

This role also requires a full driving licence and a satisfactory basic DBS check.

You will play a key role in the customer journey, from marketing properties and coordinating viewings to supporting customers through to sign-up. This includes managing enquiries, carrying out affordability checks, preparing documentation, and keeping customers informed throughout.

We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role; strong communication and organisational skills: good IT skills and attention to detail; knowledge of lettings, housing, or welfare benefits (desirable) and experience supporting vulnerable customers (advantageous).
