We are looking for two Crisis Keyworkers to flexibly and proactively manage a caseload of individuals experiencing homelessness and/or complex needs, providing personalised, strengths-based support within the Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma-Informed Care frameworks. If you enjoy variety, spontaneity and no two days being the same, this role could be for you.
Coastline's Homeless Service is passionate about breaking down stigma and barriers for the people we support. We provide crisis accommodation, a community hub for people experiencing homelessness, supported accommodation, accommodation for families, move-on and outreach support, and a dedicated harm reduction, activities and inclusion team.
In addition, we provide support to customers with eligible care and support needs through our Housing Support Services contract. This support focuses on enabling individuals to maintain their independence and does not include the provision of personal care.
Males are currently under-represented in some of our Care and Supported Housing teams, and we are committed to improving gender balance across the organisation. We are taking positive action to support this and will guarantee an interview to candidates who identify as male and meet the essential requirements of the role.
An enhanced DBS check and a full driving licence are essential for this role. If you are committed to creating positive change and supporting people when they need it most, we encourage you to apply.
