Tenancy fraud
Tenancy fraud is when a customer provides false information to gain a property, sublets the property to someone else or does not use the property as their only or main home. Tenancy fraud is a criminal matter and local authorities have the power to prosecute those who unlawfully sublet their social housing. We work closely with local authority investigators to crack down on Housing Fraud.
