Colleagues from our Property Investment and Tenancy Management teams have been out visiting customers at their homes to discuss reporting repairs.
No matter how big or small the repair, Coastline wants to know about it. The sooner we can put something right, the better. This means we stop things potentially growing into bigger problems in the future.
We identified a group of customers who have not reported a repair to us for over two years and took to our neighbourhoods to speak to them face to face and check they were happy they knew how to report a repair if necessary.
We visited 50 properties, created more than 25 repairs requests and supported them on some other general tenancy issues and questions too.
