Coastline's latest Neighbourhood Action Day took place in Nancegollan and Crowntown over the Easter holidays.
Promoting Responsible Neighbourhood Management, our teams and partner organisations visited most of our customers in South View Terrace, Park Close and Plovers Field.
Our Tenancy Management and Income teams took details of repairs that were passed to our schedulers to book, answered questions about tenancies, and gave advice to some customers about requesting permission to make changes to their homes.
Colleagues from our Community Investment Team spoke to residents who said they were interested in joining Community Collaboration sessions, with residents at Park Close asking about the possibility of applying for Coastline's Community Impact Funding to help with the creation of a herb garden.
Our teams were joined by two volunteers from Stephens Scown Solicitors who very kindly volunteered their time to help, plus a young volunteer and a work experience placement.
To help keep the areas looking their best, two van loads of unwanted items were removed with the help of our Services team.
We'll hold more Neighbourhood Action Days in selected areas throughout 2025. If we plan to be in your community we'll send you a letter or email ahead of the day.
