Members of our Customer Voice group have created a brand new set of videos called Let's Talk About Damp and Mould.
They spent the past few months writing and filming them with the help of film maker Adam Drake and Cornwall Adult Education.
The guides advise customers on what they should do if they think there may be damp or mould in their home - including tips on ways to deal with smaller patches, thinking about where furniture is positioned, and most importantly ensuring they get in touch with us so we can help and investigate the cause.
