Coastline was delighted to host a visit from Ervin Szechi and Kamila Bell, both from Homes England. They met members of our Development Team at our East Taphouse development where they were delighted to have a look around this scheme of 22 homes for social rent. This scheme is currently under construction and due to complete this summer. The homes are being built by Sureflow Building Services Ltd.
Following this they headed to St Agnes see our site at Presingoll Barns with Classic Builders for 36 homes, completing next year.
Homes England funding supports most of the homes we deliver so we were really pleased to host two representatives in Cornwall and show them the homes actually coming out of the ground and getting ready to welcome new residents.
Coastline is currently on-site with 184 grant funded homes across eight sites in Cornwall, with two more due to start very soon.
