We carried out a door-knocking exercise in Camborne with colleagues from other local housing associations to ask customers what they thought about their neighbourhood and collect any ideas they had for improvements.
Lyndsay Barrett from Coastline, Natalie Shaw from Live West and Debbie Hill from Guinness Trust all got out and about to meet and chat with customers at Nicholas Holman Avenue in Camborne as they all manage properties in this area.
They had a great day carrying out 'Have Your Say' surveys and speaking to customers.
In fact, it was so successful that they are planning more joint visits in future and will possibly be carrying out events such as litter picks in the summer.
