We are recruiting for Bank cover for our Crisis and Empowering Independence teams. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate person to join our team to cover shifts for holiday and absence. Please note shifts will include evenings and weekends. As Bank cover, you will flexibly and proactively support the team to manage a caseload of individuals facing homelessness and/or complex challenges.

Coastline’s Homeless Service is passionate about breaking down stigma and barriers to the people we support. We provide crisis accommodation, a community hub for people experiencing homelessness, supported accommodation, accommodation for families, move on and outreach support, and a dedicated harm reduction/activities and inclusion team. We strive to not only to deliver a quality service to each individual, but ensure every interaction matters.

You would be joining a multi-disciplinary team where the focus is on team work that provides an exemplary service to the individuals we support. This includes supporting the delivery of activities, courses and other teams within the homeless service.

We are less interested in the experience you provide as training will be provided, but more interested in individuals who absolutely feel motivated and can self-manage their time and passion to supporting individuals to move forward with their lives.

We are seeking an enthusiastic grounds maintenance operative to carry out all aspects of grounds maintenance – cutting, planting, weeding– in a timely and efficient manner. Experience of working in grounds maintenance is preferred but not essential as full training will be given; we are looking for a motivated and willing individual to join the team. Coastline Housing are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. In this role, you’ll provide accurate, timely, and auditable data entry and reconciliation support across key systems, helping us maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.

Day-to-day, you will:

Accurately input and maintain financial data between our maintenance system (Service Connect) and finance ledger (XLedger).

Perform regular reconciliations between systems, investigate discrepancies, and work with team members to ensure prompt resolutions.

Validate, check, and cleanse data to maintain accuracy. Analyse data and processing patterns to identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement, preparing simple reports to support decision-making.

Contribute to continuous improvement by producing regular data and process analysis to identify trends and inefficiencies.

What we’re looking for:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Experience with data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.

Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with multiple systems.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to spot trends.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Are you handy with a paintbrush and passionate about making spaces look their best? We’re looking for a Painting and Repairs Operative to join our friendly Coastline Services team!

In this role, you’ll carry out a variety of refurbishment and maintenance tasks—from painting and decorating to general repairs—across Coastline properties throughout beautiful Cornwall. We are looking for someone who currently has good general knowledge of building, use of trade equipment and experience of working from height.

They should be confident and experienced in working with the public, in a team, and can take initiative working by themselves. Working to specified timeframes, and to a consistently high standard is key to this role.

Previous painting experience is a plus, but don’t worry if you’re new—we’re happy to provide full training to the right person!

This role also requires a full driving licence and a satisfactory basic DBS check.
