We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as our newest Apprentice Fenestration Installer. You'll be on site with our team, actively learning all aspects of the profession.

This is a 21 month Fixed Term Contract determined by the length of the Apprenticeship. It is due to start in September 2025.

As one of our valued Apprentices, you'll be allocated a work mentor, given comprehensive training, guidance and support and have access to Coastline's internal Apprentice networking group, where Apprentices across the business get together to provide support, share experiences and build personal and professional relationships.

We have one role available and the offer of employment will be subject to successful acceptance on the College course.

The successful candidate will have a basic education, be keen and enthusiastic learners and embody Coastline’s core values. As an Extra Care Assistant Manager we can guarantee you that no two days are ever the same here at Miner's Court! In this role, you will help take responsibility for managing the care and support service in Coastline's Extra Care facility in Redruth.

Ensuring individual, person-centred care is provided for all our customers is a vital part of what we do and making sure we always uphold our values like striving to be the best and putting our customers first underpins everything we expect of you and that you can expect of us.

Coastline’s Homeless Service is passionate about breaking down stigma and barriers to the people we support. We provide crisis accommodation, a community hub for people experiencing homelessness, supported accommodation, accommodation for families, move on and outreach support, and a dedicated harm reduction/activities and inclusion team. We strive to not only to deliver a quality service to each individual, but ensure every interaction matters.

The role will be for 37 hours per week averaging over a 2 week rolling period, as follows:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 09.00am-6.00pm, Thursday 09.00am-5.30pm

Week 2: Saturday and Sunday 11am-8.00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 09.00am-5.00pm, Friday 09.00am-6.00pm

You would be joining a multi-disciplinary team where the focus is on team work that provides an exemplary service to the individuals we support. This includes supporting the delivery of activities, courses and other teams within the homeless service. We are less interested in the experience you provide as training will be provided, but more interested in individuals who absolutely feel motivated and can self-manage their time and passion to supporting individuals to move forward with their lives.

We are recruiting for Bank cover for our Crisis and Empowering Independence teams. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate person to join our team to cover shifts for holiday and absence. Please note shifts will include evenings and weekends.

As Bank cover, you will flexibly and proactively support the team to manage a caseload of individuals facing homelessness and/or complex challenges.
