Find out how well our customers say we're doing
Read moreWe visit all Coastline neighbourhoods regularly to check the communal areas we’re responsible for are safe and well-maintained, and look for ways to improve communities so they remain great places to live. We’d love your help.
Our Tenancy Management Coordinators visit all neighbourhoods on a rolling programme throughout the year, and are joined by a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
The number of visits is based on the following:
Red - monthly where areas falls below our expected standard
Yellow - quarterly for areas where some improvements are needed
Green - twice a year for places that meet our Community Standard
Based on our findings, we respond to any individual tenancy issues, and identify potential improvements. Most areas are Green or Yellow and our aim is to have all neighbourhoods meet at least the Yellow standard.
I’m James and I am the Tenancy Management Coordinator for Camborne, Hayle and St Ives.
I have been with Coastline since 2019 and have worked in social housing since 2008.
Outside of work I am a big Aston Villa fan (for my sins) and enjoy exploring all Cornwall has to offer with my family.
I am passionate about housing and the services and support that we provide to our customers and am keen to help you with any tenancy-related matters. If you have any queries, problems or suggestions please contact me.
Hi, I’m Lyndsay Barrett, the Tenancy Management Coordinator for Camborne and Troon and some of Pool.
I’ve been with Coastline for 22 years, spending my first six years with our Homeless Service, then moving over to become a Tenancy Management Coordinator in 2008. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
I grew up in St Ives, moved away, travelled, lived in London, then returned to Cornwall where I settled and raised a family.
My job role includes many things such as: mutual exchanges; property inspections; neighbourhood inspections; child protection; multi-agency risk assessment; safeguarding vulnerable adults and children; working alongside the Police and the Antisocial Behaviour Team.
I love talking to customers in our communities and feel encouraged that they love their homes and communities and families. I wish to do the best to get the most out of residents and always try to achieve the best outcome. Please feel free to contact me for a chat.
Hi, I’m Nate, a Tenancy Management Coordinator for Coastline Housing. By day, I’m a problem-solving extraordinaire, covering a vast and beautiful part of Cornwall that stretches from Launceston to Newquay, Truro to Padstow, and everywhere in between - including the hidden gems of St Mawes and Trewoon. My patch is big, but my passion for helping communities thrive is even bigger!
If you spot me out on one of my Community Standard Inspections, feel free to flag me down. Whether it’s a quick chat about local issues or a debate over who has the best pasties in Cornwall, I’m all ears. When I’m not trekking across the region, I’m working to ensure that homes and neighbourhoods are places everyone can be proud of.
When I’m not out and about for work, you’ll often find me exploring Cornwall’s rugged coastal paths with my dog Nox, if you have any dog-friendly recommendations for pubs or cafes that, let me know. Look forward to meeting more of you soon.
Hi, I’m Ross, and I’m your Tenancy Management Coordinator. I’ve been at Coastline for 3 years. I’ve worked in various sectors, all of which are frontline or customer-facing in Cornwall. I’ve completed CIH level 3 in Housing Practice, alongside many other qualifications. I grew up in West Cornwall and lived in Cornwall most of my life. My role is to ensure that customers in the area I oversee can be proud of the area in which they live and know how to get help if they require it from us or other agencies. If you have any queries, problems, or suggestions, please get in touch with me.
