Community Standard Inspections

Out and about in your community

We visit all Coastline neighbourhoods regularly to check the communal areas we’re responsible for are safe and well-maintained, and look for ways to improve communities so they remain great places to live. We’d love your help.

We look at things like:

Internal and external shared areas of blocks
Grounds maintenance, cleaning and bin stores
Conditions of gardens, fly tipping and graffiti
Any health and safety issues including trip hazards

Places you're proud of

Our Tenancy Management Coordinators visit all neighbourhoods on a rolling programme throughout the year, and are joined by a member of our Senior Leadership Team.

The number of visits is based on the following:

Red - monthly where area falls below our expected standard

Yellow - quarterly for areas where some improvements are needed

Green - twice a year for places that meet our Community Standard

Based on our findings, we respond to any individual tenancy issues, and identify potential improvements. Most areas are Green or Yellow and our aim is to have all neighbourhoods meet at least the Yellow standard.

Meet the Tenancy Management Team

Camborne West and St Ives Bay - James Carter

I am responsible for Camborne (West), Hayle, Carbis Bay and St Ives.

Camborne & Troon - Lyndsay Barrett

My areas include Camborne and Troon and I have been working alongside these communities for a number of years.

I am keen for people to take pride in their communities and homes and I’m always around for a chat. Please feel free to stop me if you see me in your area.

East Cornwall, Truro & Falmouth - Nate Stevens

I cover quite a large geographical area, including Launceston, Bodmin, Liskeard, Pelynt, Mitchell, Newquay and the surrounding areas of St Tudy, Trewoon, Padstow and Wadebridge. I'm also responsible for the Truro area, Falmouth and the surrounding villages of Ponsanooth and St Mawes.

Some of you will have seen me on my Community Standard Inspections and I always welcome a chat about any issues you’d like me to address if you see me out and about.

Helston, Mabe & Rame - Ross Dunstan

I cover the areas of Helston, Mabe and Rame.

I regularly carry out Community Standard Inspections, and welcome any customer to catch up with me in-person or send feedback through email or My Coastline. If I can’t resolve your query then I'll signpost you to someone who can.

Pool & surrounding Redruth - Katie Treble

The areas I cover are Illogan, Four Lanes, Stithians, Lanner, St Day, Carharrack, Carnmenellis, North Country and Pool.

I regularly visit these areas to carry out Community Standard Inspections, so if you see me out and about please feel free to join me or have a chat about any issues you’d like me to look into.

Porthleven, Penzance & The Lizard - Sam Price

I cover the areas of Porthleven, Mawgan, Cury, Ruan Minor, Mullion, St Keverne, The Lizard, Coverack, Manaccan, Praa Sands, Penzance, Breage, Ashton and surrounding areas.
